Contact me to set up a free intial consultation online, to see if we are the right fit. This is not a therapy session, per se, it is a time for us to "meet", for you to ask any questions you may have about Psychotherapy, LifeCoaching or Somatic Breathwork™.

This will allow us to customize sessions/ services according to your specific needs, and determine the duration of sessions that will best serve you.
