Lic. Psychotherapist, IFS, Breathwork, Trauma & Nervous system specialist
An integrative process

Experience a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and emotions to support meaningful, lasting change. Combining psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, breathwork, and a trauma-informed lens, I help you uncover the unconscious patterns and nervous system responses shaping your life.
As a licensed psychotherapist trained in psychodynamic theory and IFS, my work supports you in reconnecting with your innate wholeness through:

-
Mapping Your History – Understanding the experiences and relational patterns that have shaped you.

-
Building Awareness – Identifying recurring thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and protective strategies.

-
Releasing Limitations – Letting go of emotional burdens and adaptations that no longer serve you.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing model that understands the psyche as an inner system of parts, each carrying emotions, beliefs, and somatic imprints. At the core is the Self: a grounded, wise center capable of compassion and clarity.
Rather than suppressing symptoms, we work with protective and wounded parts directly. As these parts feel understood, the nervous system settles and new internal leadership emerges.

Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)
For early shock and attachment trauma, I integrate Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) - a neuroscience-based trauma model that works with the brainstem-level responses underlying distress. By accessing these early, pre-verbal imprints gently and precisely, trauma can resolve at its roots rather than being managed at the surface.

Through this integrative process, you move beyond old conditioning and reactive patterns, creating space for clarity, authenticity, and grounded self-trust.

Are you ready to show up for yourself?
“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes”

Understanding the
difference
Psychotherapy and coaching both support personal growth, but they serve distinct purposes.
Psychotherapy is a deep, healing process that focuses on resolving emotional pain, trauma, and patterns rooted in the past. It’s ideal for those seeking to understand and heal underlying issues affecting their mental and emotional well-being.

Coaching is action-oriented and future-focused, helping you set goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal or professional aspirations. It’s best suited for individuals looking to grow, gain clarity, and unlock their potential.

While therapy delves into why you feel stuck, coaching helps you determine how to move forward. Both are transformative in their own way, and I integrate elements of both to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.
