An integrative process
Experience a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and emotions to support meaningful change and lasting balance. Combining psychodynamic therapy, somatic breathwork, and a trauma-informed perspective, I guide you in uncovering the unconscious patterns and nervous system responses that shape your life.

As a licensed trauma informed psychotherapist trained in psychodynamic theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) my work focuses on helping you reconnect with your innate wholeness through:
Mapping Your History: Exploring the experiences and patterns that have shaped you.
Building Awareness: Identifying recurring thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.
Releasing Limitations: Letting go of emotions, habits, and expectations that no longer serve you.

About Internal Family systems (IFS): This is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing approach that understands the psyche as an inner system of “parts,” each carrying its own emotions, beliefs, and somatic expressions. At the center is the Self — a calm, wise essence that is inherently whole.

In my work, IFS becomes a bridge between mind and body. Instead of suppressing symptoms, we meet protective and wounded parts with curiosity and compassion. This allows old burdens to soften, the nervous system to regulate, and a more grounded inner leadership to emerge.

Through this integrative process, you’ll move beyond conditioning, societal pressures and ego-driven narratives, creating space for clarity, authenticity, and empowerment. With compassionate guidance, you’ll strengthen the connection between your mind and body, unlocking the ease, fulfillment, and purpose you deserve.

Are you ready to show up for yourself?
“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes”

Understanding the
difference
Psychotherapy and coaching both support personal growth, but they serve distinct purposes.
Psychotherapy is a deep, healing process that focuses on resolving emotional pain, trauma, and patterns rooted in the past. It’s ideal for those seeking to understand and heal underlying issues affecting their mental and emotional well-being.

Coaching is action-oriented and future-focused, helping you set goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal or professional aspirations. It’s best suited for individuals looking to grow, gain clarity, and unlock their potential.

While therapy delves into why you feel stuck, coaching helps you determine how to move forward. Both are transformative in their own way, and I integrate elements of both to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.
